This promotion will end on June 30th, 2008, all sales Final. All sales whether finalized or pending, credit applications and deals made prior to May 13th will not qualify for this promotion.  In other words, if you purchased or ordered a trailer yesterday, we will not change our pricing or freight rate that you paid last week. All previous deals and pending sales will hold the same.

Paying with Cash: Promotion applies to current New in stock trailers, not special orders.  Paying cash means you are paying with a personal check or with a credit card or paying with one hundred dollar bills.  Paying cash doesn't mean you are financing with your local bank.   If you are planning to "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" and your final method of payment will be with cash, we require a 25% fully refundable deposit as well as proof of physical damage insurance with your insurance company. Basically you have purchased the trailer so insurance will be required, we are simply giving you and avenue to back out if you do not want it, of course you would cancel insurance at that time.  Within 30 days from the original invoice, you are required to finalize the transaction by paying the balance due on the trailer.  If you decide not to purchase, your deposit will be refunded less any applicable freight charges and extensive damage to the trailer.  Freight charges and rates are below. Paying with Financing: Financing means you are submitting a credit application thru Double D Trailers' website financing is your method of payment or you are financing thru your local bank.  If thru Double D Trailers, we require an approved credit application, all contracts and documents will be signed as you are purchasing the trailer and this is your trailer.  If financing thru your local bank, we require 25% deposit to us and a letter from your bank stating that you are approved for the balance of your loan.  Up to 30 days from original invoice date, we will hold all contracts and documents and we do not send those to the bank until you let us know to complete your transaction and process the order or to pick up the trailer.  If you decide not to purchase, your deposit will be refunded less any applicable freight charges and extensive damage to the trailer.  If you have not placed a deposit, any extensive damage charges and pick up freight charges will be automatically billed to your credit card immediately and the trailer picked up.  Freight charges and rates are below.  We must have a major credit card master or visa on file for you. Double D Trailers, INC reserves the right to cancel this promotion at anytime and alter or make any necessary changes to program.

Freight/Delivery/Pick up charges.

**Delivery charges are based on posted rates at this link "delivery link" This is the amount of freight you must pay regardless of whether you purchase the trailer or decide not to purchase and it is based on the distance you are located from the factory.

**Pick-up charges if you decide not to purchase:  We have factored into the cost of our trailers some delivery charges but that only works when we make a sale.  We do not have factored in our cost to deliver the trailer, not make the sale and then pick it back up. Thus you must pay for the cost of shipping the trailer back or deliver it back yourself within the 30 day period to avoid charges to your credit card.  Pick up charges are billed at $1.70 per loaded mile.  In other words, if your home is 1,000 miles from the factory and you decide not to purchase the trailer, your freight charges would be $1,700 to have the trailer picked up and this would be filled to your credit card or deducted from your deposit.
