My first attraction to this trailer company was their innovative 'SafeTack' design. As I started working with them I found that they were very knowledgeable about trailers and hauling our beloved equines. They were very insightful and went to great lengths to ensure that the trailer was built exactly like I wanted it. The customer service was exemplary and personable. Advice and responses were timely and I felt I had a say in each step of the process of building my trailer. The quality and craftsmanship of the trailer and its components shine through in every detail. This is definitely the way to buy the trailer you want, working with Double D was a great experience and I am so happy with my trailer and the service provided. Great company, quality product, creative trailer designs and awesome service!!!
