I chose this trailer specifically for the well-being of my horses. The rumber floors, bright interior, padded and slatted dividers, insulation, ventilation, and hay feeders all contribute to a safe and comfortable ride for my guys. They practically jump into this trailer, and travel very quietly. I love that I can swing the safetack compartment out of the way so the trailer is wide open and inviting for them. I added aluminum wheels, second battery (which is great because the lights work when not hooked up), rear load light, and emergency escape door. I carry a lot of stuff when me, and everything fits beautifully in this trailer.

Hi Kyle - No, I do not find them slippery. I do not put sawdust down with these and the horses seem to do great.

Rumber Floors Reply #1 on : Wed April 09, 2014, 12:20:21
Hi Sandy,
I'm planning on buying a Double D Trailer and I have just a quick question: Did you find the rumber floors to be slippery? On the Internet, a lot of people love that type of flooring and others complain that it's slippery. I spoke to Brad and he only ever had one person complain and it was someone with a step-up gooseneck (which is not what I'm planning to buy).
Thanks so much for your help.
Kyle
