EquiCraft Living Quarters Horse Trailer

 In a Nutshell:

Living quarters horse trailerFinally, we can tell you about the EquiCraft Affordable Living Quarters trailer.  This model is built on our protective SafeFrame with insulated aluminum skin and treated steel dividers for strength.  It has been specially designed to prevent moisture build up with 3M chemical bonding to eliminate the need for bolts, screws, and rivets.  Like our other trailers, it still includes the SafeTack design for safer loading, an extra rear divider, the option for Rumber flooring, and our “horse-friendly” interior.  Streamlined construction processes and less customization result in ‘more trailer for less money’ on this model.

Choose the EquiCraft Affordable Living Quarters Trailer If…

  • You want a 2 horse trailer (with the option to upgrade to 3 or 4 horse)
  • You want to buy a great living quarters trailer at an affordable price.
  • You like the SafeFrame design with a proven track record over the last 12-years.
  • You definitely want the Double D Trailers SafeTack design for safer loading and unloading with that bonus extra rear partition behind the last horse.
  • You want a forward facing slant load trailer that works well for horses up to 16.2 hands in height.
  • You want to protect your horses with insulated walls, white painted ceiling, large windows, and overhead roof vents to maintain a safe traveling temperature.

Do Not Choose the EquiCraft Trailer If…

  • You want a fiber-composite one-piece Safebump roof system that will not leak and does not need regular maintenance.  (The roof on the EquiCraft trailer is a one-piece mil-finished aluminum roof with a perimeter seam that will require some upkeep.  This is actually the same trailer roof design as 95% of the trailer industry.  Since single layer mil-finish roofs can be dangerous due to heat, our roof has been insulated with a second layer.)
  • You want a fully customizable living quarters trailer without any limitations on layout or style.
  • You need to haul horses that are 17+ hands.  (Instead, check out the Trail Blazer)
